Blossom is a vegetarian catering company and kitchen located in a renovated barn on an organic vegetable and flower farm in Bristol Vermont.  In addition to catering business lunches I cook and host most events onsite including business lunches, cooking classes, family-style meals, event dinners, team building activities, food swaps, and cookbook club suppers. 

 Specializing in minimally processed natural ingredients I enjoy preparing colorful dishes inspired by global cuisine using mainly plant based whole foods and local organic ingredients as often as possible while supporting and partnering with area farms.
