     Blossom is a catering company and kitchen located in a renovated barn on an organic vegetable and flower farm in Bristol Vermont.  I offer farm-to-table menus for large and small events including business lunches, cooking classes, family-style meals, event dinners, team building activities, food swaps, and cookbook club suppers. 

 Specializing in minimally processed natural ingredients I enjoy preparing colorful dishes inspired by global cuisine using mainly plant based whole foods and local organic ingredients as often as possible while supporting and partnering with area farms.
